Where are you located?
We have facilities based in East Asia. The shipping address we ship from will depend on the product you have ordered and from which manufacturer or wholesaler supplies us with your medical needs.
What are your shipping and handling costs?
All shipping and handling cost will depend on how fast you want to receive your order. For more details please see shipping.
What if the product i am looking for is not listed?
If your product is not listed please contact us at sales@fivestarpharma.com and we will find out if we can source it out for you.
Why do you not accept credit card payment and only accept Western Union?
Our credit card system is currently in the process of being intergraded into the new design of our website. We will again accept credit card payments soon.
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard Mail shipments normally arrive within 15 - 30 days of being shipped. We generally ship within 24 hrs of processing the order or next business day.
Do i need a prescription?
You do not need a prescription to buy our products as we work under the laws of the country we ship from.
Do you offer medical advise?
For all our products we recommend you seek medical advice before use. We do not offer any type of consultation.
How do i know i'm not going to get 'ripped off'?
We guarantee all deliveries. If you do not receive your shipment within 30 days, we will reship or refund you at no extra cost. No questions asked.
I haven't received any response to my email address?
Customers who may have an AOL, COMCAST or Earthlink e-mail address may have difficulty receiving our e-mail confirmations due to the spam filters which are run by these providers. If possible, please check your junk folders or supply an alternative e-mail address.
Customs have seized my order?
If your order is unfortunately seized and held by customs we will reship to you as per our return policy. If you have not recieved your order within 30 days of the shipping date, Please contact us and we will reship your order at our expense.
